You will be working directly with a very talented and diversely skilled team being responsible for the management and delivery of creative brand solutions that span digital, content, social and video & image production; Creating solutions for brands who wish to innovate, inspire and connect with a global youth audience.

With the Project Management team, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all campaigns are operating at a consistent level. This role is a key interface between external clients and internal departments and suppliers and ensures that projects are briefed, planned and delivered effectively. Not only will you be focused on scope and client management, but it is also important that one of your key focuses is on creative integrity and output.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of branded content campaigns
Managing internal /external resources and production partners in an approachable style, and as a team player, to ensure the scope of work is defined and a detailed delivery plan and budget are satisfactorily provided for these campaigns.
The main point of contact for commercial clients for projects post sale, with the support of the Sales/Partnerships rep.
To deliver exceptional service for our clients and media partners — fast responses, a supportive, consultative manner and a proactive and organised approach.
Working closely with our in house creative, production and editorial teams to ensure all stages of production run smoothly and to brief and treatment, managing client feedback and expectations throughout.
Oversight of internal production budgets to drive efficiencies.
Liaising with our in-house media team and occasionally, external media partners to ensure campaigns are tracked, optimised and reported on efficiently.
Briefing page design and development to our development team, managing this process
Troubleshooting issues and challenges that arise during projects, navigating solutions with clients.
Skills and Experience
2 years+ project and client management in a publisher/agency environment delivering fast-paced, dynamic projects to large scale brand partners.
You will possess excellent communication, client/stakeholder management and presentation skills as well as the ability to work across multiple projects and disciplines (editorial, creative and account management), at any one time.
Familiarity with key project documentation/task management and an understanding of their role within a project.
Previous experience of production processes in digital content solutions, image, video. Print, talent contracting and events are a plus.
Experience in costing out and managing the refinement of campaign schedules.
Excellent problem solving and solution finding skills
You will be supportive, organised and adaptable with proven ability to build professional working relationships.
