Comedians Cat and Pat get ready for fame, glory and the apocalypse

The stars of the beloved Seek Treatment podcast paid a premature visit to The Face House in Miami.

Podcasts. There are just so many of them out there. But Seek Treatment – Catherine Cohen and Pat Regans pod about boys, sex, fucking, dating, and love” – is one of the best. It’s made Cat and Pat ones to watch” in the contemporary comedy scene, and they’ve got a lot of funny mates who help them out as non-boring guests”.

Full disclosure: this content was actually supposed to be a longer audio thing, but Cat and Pat turned up to The Face House in Miami on the wrong day and we were still in bed. Fortunately we were able to quickly pull together a photo shoot and an insightful interview, which you can enjoy below.

What’s the coolest thing about Miami?

Cat: The ocean! She is so powerful.

Pat: Being near palm trees makes me feel successful.

Has fame affected your brain?

Cat: My brain broke years ago.

Pat: I’m actually not even verified on Twitter or IG which keeps me really grounded.

Are you scared of artificial intelligence?

Cat: No, I have no secrets and would j’adore if a machine could solve all my probs.

Pat: I literally never think about robots.

What are you going to do to help stop climate change?

Cat: I stopped buying 1.5 litre Evian bottles every day which was a feat!

Pat: Stop using single use containers! In my youth I was addicted to single use because I didn’t know better and now that I’m 30+ (off the record) I am trying to do only reusable.

Is Seek Treatment going to make you both rich?

Cat: It has already made me rich in spirit honey!

Pat: It’s hard to tell. Some days it feels like yes I will have some money soon” and some days it feels like I actually will never make any money until the day I die.

Which comedians do The Face readers need to look out for in 2020?

Cat: Pat is the funniest person in the world. I’m also addicted to Megan Stalter, Joe Castle Baker, Ruby McCollister, Sarah Squirm and so many more.

Pat: Cat is my favourite comedian. I also love Meg Stalter, Joe Castle Baker, Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang.

How do you want to be remembered by future generations?

Cat: As a hot slut with a perfect personality.

Pat: An intellectual gay who was the voice of his generation and even straight people liked, who had a good body and a face that was not necessarily, like, conventionally attractive in a Ken doll” way, but definitely hot in its own weird way.
