Future Academy 2.0: Genius Generation

Last year THE FACE and Moncler launched Future Academy: a menteeship providing paid creative opportunities for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Now, we’re launching Future Academy 2.0.

Together, we’re inviting 54 young people at the genesis of their creative journeys to join us in co-creating real work together, powered by the Moncler Genius philosophy of collaborative talent cultivation through limitless creativity and in collaboration with employment experts A New Direction.

Four mentees will work in-house at the magazine and the fashion house, and 50 Europe-wide participants will join online for digital workshops and projects. Each future genius will leave the programme with work they’ve created, helping them break through industry barriers. We’ve worked with A New Direction to recruit our four mentees, and are now on the look out for our online Class of 2022!

We don’t care about school grades or industry connections. We’re looking for candidates full of ideas and energy. If you’re interested in the world around you, have a passion for storytelling, content creation and expressing yourself creatively and an eagerness to learn, then this could be the programme for you.

You must be aged between 18 – 25 years old and living in the UK, Paris, Berlin or Milan to take part.

Our Future Academy Class of 2022 get:

  • Live access to masterclasses on everything from storytelling and pitching to styling and shoots
  • Group online networking and support from THE FACE
  • Access to a network of 53 other young creatives
