Shaybo – Streets

A ferocious statement from one of the best new artists in the UK rap scene.

Bree Runway – HOT HOT

Lockdown is easing up a little and the sun’s teasing better days, so Bree Runway is making an early bid for your summer playlist. This pandemic hasn’t been easy on the brain, and with being indoors wearing joggers 24/7, it’s been hard to feel like a hottie,” the UK pop-rapper explained, so I’m hoping this track will help!”

Crystal Murray – CREEPS ft. Elheist

Paris’s Crystal Murray teams up with London artist Elheist for this gate-crasher’s anthem.

LCY – Shhh

Later this month, LCY is dropping the Pulling Teeth EP – a concept record inspired by Irish lore, fantasy soundtracks and the work of Mary Shelley. Lead track Shhh is characterised by the bassy heft they made their name with in the UK’s clubs.

Otis Wongsam – Koala

Formerly of the West Midlands collective OG Horse, Otis Wongsam is striking out solo with this melodic slice of bittersweet electronica, released via the reputable London music crew Bone Soda.

Mustafa – Ali

Toronto musician and poet Mustafa has announced his debut project When Smoke Rises, also sharing this tribute to his late friend.“It was so vital to me that every lyric be representative of a truth in this life,” Mustafa told The Face last year. I needed it to encapsulate somebody’s memory in a way that honours them in their life.”

Rainy Miller – Meridian, 1520

Rainy Miller is part of a network of adventurously-minded artists in the North West of England. This track, which is named after the hotel address in a pivotal scene in Paris, Texas, is about the heartache of absolving the past.

Olivia Rodrigo – deja vu

The actor-turned-singer could be pop’s Next Big Thing. Following her record-breaking debut single drivers license, this follow-up is a bitter breakup anthem with lyrical details that have a distinctly American sheen: trips to Malibu, strawberry ice cream and reruns of Glee.

Audrey Nuna – Space

The rising New Jersey-raised artist celebrated her 22nd birthday by dropping this velvety R&B ballad, giving fans a taste of her forthcoming EP.
