Alex Paganelli

Alex Paganelli cooks, films and photographs under the alias DEADHUNGRY. The 33-year-old’s love for food arrived after he moved from the French-Alps to London, aged 18, and found himself working in restaurants. He founded DEADHUNGRY in 2015, initially as a creative outlet to house his ideas, before reinterpreting the rustic food of his Alpine upbringing and refining it to create a unique culinary offering. As well as hosting studio dinners and crafting menu concepts for restaurants, Paganelli photographs, films and curates for brands including Bottega Veneta, Skims, Supreme and Selfridges.
