Prince Cofie Owusu

Prince Cofie Owusu, also known as Shakka, is a chef, entrepreneur, and the founder of Trap Kitchen. Owusu began creating delicious made-to-order meals whilst living at home in Camberwell with his mother, using Instagram to build a loyal grassroots fanbase. Trap Kitchen grew quickly, with new foodies flocking to try Owusu’s cuisine, which includes indulgent soul food and mouth-watering desserts. Among Owusu’s squad of supporters are rappers Stormzy and Wiley and model Leomie Anderson. Trap Kitchen now operates permanent restaurant sites in London, Manchester and Birmingham, as well as continuing to offer home deliveries.
