Tom Harris

Tom Harris is a Michelin star chef and one of the founders of The Marksman pub in Hackney. With the help of his business partner Jon Rotheram, Harris has worked to create a pub where food and drink are of equal importance. The pair refurbished the site and created a new dining room, making sure to retain the building’s unique character. In 2017, the site was awarded a Michelin award for the pub of the year, and has continued to provide the highest quality grub to East Londoners (and those from further afield) ever since.
