Zahra Aramfar

Zahra Aramfar is the manager and co-owner of Haggerston haunt, Pamela Bar. The East London venue is not only known for its expansive list of cocktails, but its rotating chef residencies, from tacos to Sichuan cuisine. Originally from Bristol, Aramfar moved to Manchester University in 2002 where her venture into the cocktail world began. Progressing to general manager at Hoxton Street’s Macbeth, the 37-year-old opened Pamela as her first solo venture in 2015. Responsible for producing her own signature cocktails, Aramfar has set her sights on opening a wine bar in the not too distant future.
