Wash my face always no matter how late it is! Cleanse and exfoliate. Before bed in the deep winter I like the Weleda Baby Face cream. I also use the Dr Barbara Sturm Anti-aging Neck and Décolleté cream. Never forget your neck!

Honestly camomile and peppermint tea: sleepover mix in a mug! I know I’m ridiculous and I need to make my own loose leaf blend but it’s everything. I need the room to be really dark. Cuddles. Oh and a hot bath always sends me off rather fast.
