Role overview
As a group Wasted Talent is home to three of the most influential style, culture, music and entertainment platforms. This role is primarily focused on The Face.

We are seeking an ambitious, proactive and experienced individual to help drive the growth of our partnerships. With your strong background in sales, well-established network in luxury fashion, beauty and adjacent industries, and deep understanding of the publishing landscape, you’ll play a critical role in the future success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure partnerships that are significant in revenue terms, scalable in their long-term potential, and strategic in how they support The Face’s wider business objectives
- Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functionally (Commercial, Editorial and Studio) to generate opportunities across our full suite of services (print, media, co-branded, white label, talent, strategy and insights)
- Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functionally to identify innovative products that unlock new value, increase our market share and position us at the forefront of publishing
- Deliver exceptional service for our clients; a strategic, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
- Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and integrate relevant teams into the commercial strategy
- Maintain the CRM system to report on pipeline and revenue, track against group targets, conversion of leads and pipeline forecasting
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Self-starter with a bias for action
- Proven track record of working to and achieving commercial targets
- Robust experience of winning and implementing best-in-class strategic partnerships (6+ years experience in a sales-focused role)
- Well established relationships with Senior Executives and knowledge of how to unlock new relationships
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; ‘outside the box’ thinking, focused and persistently honing in on what really matters to move the needle
- Deep understanding of current fashion and beauty landscape and wider cultural trends (particularly youth culture)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, placing as much importance on collaborative
internal relationships as external ones
Renumeration
- Salary DOE + generous commission package
