Responsibilities:
- Directly lead company operations and work in tandem with the finance department and production department. Oversee all workplace operations, all company budgets, overheads, adds or changes, corporate logistics, events and looking after all company assets.
- Coordinate monthly markups and P&L reporting for the finance department, process company invoices and track revenue insertion orders.
- PA tasks to Manager Director & CEO include: client meetings, corporate travel, client entertaining and diary management.
- Book and manage company-wide travel including fashion week.
- Offering a fast-paced and expanding operation with a variety of needs. From hiring to drafting employee contracts to onboarding to being hands-on with department teams who drive excellence within our culture. Ensure different teams are communicating effectively between themselves and interdependencies. You will manage agendas and projects for the Studio Coordinator, IT teams and be the contact for all overhead contractors.
- Oversee the quarterly print production process and logistics including: Ad management, communication with printer and distributors. You should be comfortable helping to improve/innovate new processes that lead to quick solutions and problem solving.
Requirements:
- Substantial amount of experience in multi-disciplinary role, across either project and team management, commercial and operations
- Strong understanding of work streams and production processes
- You are an articulate and compelling communicator, conveying ideas in a clear way to a variety of audiences, including stakeholder management.
- A process-driven individual, always aware of profitability, efficiencies and accountabilities and with agency or digital production experience.
- Bonus if you have experience in global brand partnerships and finance

THE ROLE:
The Video Editor & Content Creator will support in the creative development and production of branded and commercial video and audio content at THE FACE. They will be working closely with the Head of Production, production team and the commercial creative team in the conception and execution of premium content to be produced within THE FACE commercial content suite; branded and white label.
They should have proficient skill and expertise in Adobe Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and be able to work at speed across projects. On top of offline editing, experience in basic colour grade and audio mix within Premiere Pro is a plus however not essential.
They will also need to keep a well organised library of video and audio material for every project to THE FACE server and structuring a clear back up library.
As well as primary edit responsibilities they should have a clear understanding of THE FACE original editorial content output with the desire to input creatively in the formulation of new video initiatives and proactive projects for THE FACE editorial.
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent editing skills to create regular video content with a focus in social-first content and formats for Instagram, Tik Tok and paid social formats
Comprehensive knowledge and skill in Premiere Pro software editing
Strong vision and ability in creation of cut downs for social use
Experience of both offline and online editing, basic colour grading and audio mixing within Premiere Pro preferable/not required
Working with creative and production teams in building edits in accordance to director treatments
Ingesting video and audio material, building initial edit sequences and responding to internal and client feedback, working closely with producers to execute edit changes to schedule
Follow direction from the production and creative teams and external directors/content creators on specific projects
Experience/interest in digital content a plus
Experience in basic graphic design
Managing their own time as well as adhering to agreed timelines with the production team
Content creation:
Creatively, they should have a hunger to conceptualise and direct branded and commercial content for THE FACE.
They should have the ability to ideate based on briefs, working with the creative team to execute ideas together with the production team. They should have experience in self-shooting or a desire to learn in order to be able to self-shoot/ direct and edit projects.
The Video Editor/Content Creator should also have an impassioned interest in discovering new, up and coming talent in the pursuit of building an ever growing network of creative content talent.
Content Creation Skills & Responsibilities:
A strong creative interest and the ability to see these ideas through to fruition
Experience in directing/content creation
Ability to work creatively with a team in the creation of content based in reaction to client briefs
Finding new talent across directors, shooters, content creators, editors etc
But most importantly the taste and technique make it great and push the boundaries.
Keeping a well organised and up to date library of material on THE FACE server
Support the Head of Production by inputting post production systems
A strong understanding of contemporary culture, fashion, and film to execute appropriate edits

THE ROLE:
The Senior Branded Content Editor will be responsible for all commercial editorial output across The Face’s digital and social channels, including white label projects within Wasted Talent Studios. They will have a directory of freelance creatives at hand to commission for relevant projects. They will ensure the highest standard of work and delivery to client briefs, while ensuring innovation and best in class creativity.
The Senior Branded Content Editor will report to the Digital Director and the Project Director, working alongside key members of the commercial and partnership team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
360 management of all editorial and social commercial projects
Leading on editorial, social, video ideas and execution across multiple channels
Leading on strategy and ideas for paid social creative
Overseeing all edits on social and video content
Ensuring all projects and narratives align with partner brand objectives and briefs
Aligning all projects with The Face’s wider editorial strategy
Managing, commissioning and editing all copy
Writing social captions, subtitles and copy for brand collateral
Final sign off on all site and social copy aligned with client objectives
Contributing strategic editorial and social concepts to pitches, working closely with the creative team
Overseeing multi-channel content roll outs on all projects with the relevant stakeholders
Overseeing copy in pitch decks and writing up proactive projects
Feeding into digital development of large scale multimedia projects and site builds
Managing timelines and deadlines in the commercial calendar and the delivery of projects to clients
Suggesting proactive project ideas for future partnerships and new business opportunities
Attending industry events when requested
Representing The Face to the industries it serves
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience leading on multidisciplinary content projects in a publishing agency, or in-house creative environment
An expert in driving 360 content from conception to execution across multiple mediums and touchpoints

This role requires very specific Project Management experience within a digital media and creative solutions environment.
The Project Manager role is responsible for the management and delivery of creative brand solutions that span digital, content, social and video and image production for THE FACE, working for a world-renowned style, culture & music centric business, that includes some of the biggest and most influential editorial platforms in the world.
The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that all campaigns are operating at a consistent level and delivered to budget. This role is a key interface between external clients and internal departments and suppliers and ensures that projects are briefed, planned and delivered effectively. Not only will you be focussed on scope and client management, it is important that one of your key focusses is on creative integrity and output.
You will be responsible for liaising with the client during the creative process to have each subsequent stage signed off prior to the live date, making sure it goes on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the sales, creative, production & editorial teams to ensure project objectives are realistic and achievable within time frames and budgets.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the flawless delivery of a wide range of branded content campaigns from brief to completion
Managing internal and external resources and external partners in an approachable style, and as a team player, to ensure the scope of work is defined and a detailed delivery plan and budget are satisfactorily provided for these campaigns
The main point of contact for commercial clients for projects post sale, with the support of the Sales/Partnerships team
To deliver exceptional service for our clients and media partners — fast responses, a supportive, consultative manner and a proactive and organised approach
Working closely with our in house creative, production and editorial teams to ensure all stages of production run smoothly and to brief and treatment, managing client feedback and expectations throughout
Oversight of internal production budgets to drive efficiencies
Liaising with our inhouse media team and occasionally, external media partners to ensure campaigns are tracked, optimised and reported on efficiently
Briefing page design and development to our development team, managing this process
Liaising with our in house editorial team to prep and set live digital and social content roll-outs on our channels
Assist in the creation of end of campaign reports
Troubleshooting issues and challenges that arise during projects, navigating solutions with clients with the help of your seniors
Desired skills and experience
2 years+ project and client management in a publisher/agency environment delivering fast-paced, dynamic projects to large scale brand partners
You will possess excellent communication, client /stakeholder management and presentation skills as well as the ability to work across multiple projects and disciplines (editorial, creative, media and account management), at any one time
Familiarity with key project documentation/task management and an understanding of their role within a project.
Previous experience of production and/or editorial processes in digital content solutions, image and/or video. Print, talent contracting and events are a plus
Excellent problem solving and solution finding skills
You will be supportive, organised and adaptable with proven ability to build professional working relationships
