Where were you born and where are you based? Born in Burundi. Based in London, UK.
You can only listen to three albums for the rest of your life. What are they? It would be two albums: Jetsun Mila and The Death Trilogy by a French electronic artist called Éliane Radigue.
The five guests you’d invite to your dream dinner: Rei Kawakubo, James Baldwin, Éliane Radigue, Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, and an alien from an advanced civilisation (I guess it would have to bring its own food and drink).
When do you feel most happy? At night before falling asleep, caught between reality and the dream I am going to have.
The year is 2019, who are you putting on the cover of The Face? A baby to symbolise new beginnings and remind ourselves that we need to believe in life again.
What’s your favourite tipple? Coke Zero and sparkling water. I am 10 years clean and sober and loving it.
