Vestiaire Collective is pressing play on LFW

Lock down your aerial! We’ve teamed up with luxury pre-loved platform Vestiaire Collective to see in LFW with VCTV: a TikTok teleshopping experience with major prizes – and chaos – in store.

Teleshopping: once a staple of the TV guide, the nostalgic pursuit is now just an extreme sport for stay-at-home mums and gawking nighthawks. But for those of us who get ecstatic about static and our kicks from kitsch, teleshopping is the dream retro aesthetic: if only they sold sexier stuff than silicone whisks…

Enter VCTV — that’s Vestiaire Collective TV — a teleshopping experience beaming into your eyeballs via TikTok for one night only in celebration of London Fashion Week. There’s no need to turn on your actual telly for this joint venture between THE FACE and luxury pre-loved platform Vestiaire Collective, though: we’re bringing it to the smaller screen via our TikTok, transmitting live from London for an hour of chaos on 15th February, 7pm-8pm UK time.

Our host with the most? Model Emma Winder – aka ur local grandma™ – known for her eccentric vintage taste that takes you back to the good old days with ultra-fluffy coats, power suits and eighties dopamine dressing. She’ll be joined by three special guests: stylist and Nima Store founder Mira Al-Momani; model and TikTok icon Reuben Larkin and content queen Tiffanie Alice.

Now for the fun part: we’ll be showing off a handpicked selection of pieces listed on Vestiaire Collective and giving you – yes you, lucky viewer! – the chance to win prizes. You’d better do your homework: our host will be asking you some tricky fashion quiz questions and choosing a correct commenter before spinning our Wheel of Fortune to determine your reward. From Burberry to Gucci, our guests will be showing off an entire capsule of iconic archive pieces QVC style and chatting about what to wear to London Fashion Week this season.
