Here’s what went down at Guess Jeans and Charli xcx’s Coachella afters

Charli hosted the only afterparty worth its salt after her set last weekend. Timotheé Chalamet, PinkPantheress, The Dare, Clairo and Leonardo DiCaprio were just some of the celebs in attendance.

Charli xcx’s Coachella set on Saturday evening was all anyone could talk about. What they didn’t know though was that the real party hadn’t even yet begun. Still high off the surprise Billie Eilish, Troye Sivan and Lorde appearances, Brat green balloons floating in my periphery, and Von Dutch ringing in my ears, I high-tailed it to the Guess Jeans shuttle post-performance. Destination: the legendary US label’s Coachella compound.
What is the compound, exactly? Essentially, it’s a row of 13 or so mini mansions located roughly 15 minutes from the festival ground. This year, it housed everyone from Normani to Teyana Taylor and offered bouncing blowouts provided by Dreame, IV drips, and several Guess-branded pools for our dipping pleasure. This formed the backdrop for not one, but two afterparties: one hosted by Charli xcx, and the other by Don Toliver.

Fresh out of the shuttle, immediately to my right, couple Towa Bird and Renée Rapp, along with Cara Delevingne, made a beeline for the compound just before midnight. The Raising Canes van outside (an elevated Wingstop, essentially) confirmed it would be a messy night. Only chicken tenders and crinkle-cut fries could mop up the debauchery that was to come.
Behind a darkened curtain flanking the front door, dimmed lights and waiters holding glass jugs of tropical tequila awaited. DJ decks were plonked in the centre of the room, and a handful of guests swayed to the club music. As the rumours go, Guess Jeans afters are the best, and reader, I have to concur. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, Anya Taylor-Joy and Charli were spied nattering away – perhaps exchanging acting tips?
Meanwhile, Julia Fox welcomed Alex Consani to the show, who waltzed in with Loli Bahiaa. FACE cover star Clairo, fresh from her set – featuring a Bernie Saunders intro – caught up with New York artist Chloe Wise. Emma Roberts was perched on the ledge of a sofa, Troye Sivan and Aidan Zamiri looked the best of buds, and PinkPantheress navigated the Hollywood-heavy crowds with some close pals.

He also fashioned some custom ready-to-wear, exclusively for Coachella weekend one – an IYKYK parting gift for guests (“very Coachella, animated and playful”). After years of crossing paths, Verdy and Marciano decided to immortalise their working and personal friendship this year. “We have a lot of mutual friends, and I started spending a lot more time in Tokyo over the last three years – it’s a leading city for [Guess]. It just felt very natural. I love world-building, as does Verdy, and this is a maximal example of that,” he says, before heading back to the soirée.
A strict no-camera policy meant that celebs could let loose after a day in the desert, and as soon as Charli hit the decks with her fiancé George Daniel, everyone migrated to the dancefloor. Amelia Dimoldenberg and Delevingne were in the mix, raving with normies to Guru Josh’s 2008 banger Infinity before the Guess remix really revved things up.

A brief intermission led me back outside to the nearest bar: on one side, a group of influencers lounged by a jacuzzi, and on the other, Timothée Chalamet, Anya and Leonardo DiCaprio were having a chinwag. Dream blunt rotation. As an LA novice, it felt rude not to grab a 3am Raising Canes, which is the exact moment the Biebers rocked up to the party, along with Tobey Maguire (separately, of course).
The Sunday night was equally star-studded and vibe‑y, with performances from Don Toliver, naturally, and some of his mates: Ty Dolla $ign, YG and Shaboozey. Just your average Sunday night out, then.
Each year, long after the Coachella dust settles, Guess Jeans’ parties remain a topic of conversation in LA and beyond, and the Marciano household is no exception. “Last year’s Sunday party with Metro Boomin and The Weeknd crew was the best party we’ve thrown.” I think I can safely say following last weekend’s epic after-hours scene, this year’s antics have made it to Nicolai’s after-party hall of fame. Let’s see what 2026 brings, eh?
