All love: Arthur Jafa in conversation
Volume 4 Issue 003: The American artist talks terror, trauma and America’s inability to reckon with itself with Acyde and Tremaine Emory.
Creative Lead at The Face
As one half of music, radio, fashion, nightlife hybrid No Vacancy Inn, Ade Odunlami – best known as Acyde – is the man to tell you what's worth taking notice of within the world of culture right now. And that's usually because he's part of it. London-born and LA-based, when Acyde's not consulting for the likes of Nike and Stussy, he's working on projects with Virgil Abloh, A$AP Rocky, and Kendrick Lamar, who's album he's currently co-producing, throwing No Vacancy Inn parties worldwide, talking culture on their podcast-cum-radio show, dropping exclusive merch at Dover Street Market, or DJing at the kind of party everyones desperate to go to.
