Connecting some of the UK’s finest musical talents in a north-south rendezvous, Stone Island, END. and THE FACE are teaming up for a one-off party, Due North. Chiming neatly with END.’s 20th anniversary, the event takes place at Manchester venue Hidden, promising a distinguished line-up that includes Peckham royalty Giggs, his protégé son ML, and stalwarts of the North Wests cutting-edge music scene.

Scheduled for Wednesday 14th May 2025 from 8pm, the show will feature a b2b DJ set from Preston’s Rainy Miller and Space Afrika, a performance from RenzNiro, as well as some bass-heavy offerings courtesy of Synna G and Kd22lr.

For the occasion, Stone Island Sound – an evolving project honed on the bleeding-edge of contemporary music – will bring Friendly Pressures sound system up north to equip the party. For those new to it, Friendly Pressure is the brainchild of London’s esteemed audiophile, Shivas Howard-Brown, and provides crystal-clear, rich sonic textures.

All this comes on the heels of Milan Design Week 2025, where Friendly Pressure teamed with Stone Island on a bespoke sound experience – merging high-definition audio and calculated spatial design.

One of the original brands in END.’s stable, Stone Island has been an important part of the retailer’s meteoric ascent. In homage, the club will be bathed in black light, bringing the SS25 UV-reactive jackets and separates (as aired on Giggs) to life.

When END. first started in 2005, the store had – what was then – a big ambition: to bring globally recognised brands into contact with emerging designers. In this way, it forecasted what would soon become protocol in the retail landscape.

Starting out on High Bridge Street, Newcastle, the modest shop has transformed into an international powerhouse, providing first-hand access to great brands coveted by their fans.

Pairing the Manchester vanguard with Giggs’ road rap and ML’s lackadaisical trap, THE FACE has co-curated a line-up which will celebrate the sounds – old and new – that coalesce around the worlds of END. and Stone Island.

With Due North, we wanted to eschew the product play and instead serve up a true expression of the END. and Stone Island community in one of our key locations, Manchester,” says David Dover, END.’s senior brand marketing manager. The event should serve to represent the cultural interchange between the city’s burgeoning musical talent and a South London legend, Giggs, underlining END.’s proposition as place of curation and discovery.”

The event is free and 18+ with ID, but you must sign up via Eventbrite below. Entry can’t be guaranteed, so arrive early to avoid disappointment.
