The collection includes two bags and five pairs of unapologetically fabulous boots – two ankle-high, two knee-high and a pair that skims the thigh – all heeled and crafted from opulent materials including leopard-print leather, velvet and satin, rich brocades, refined embroideries and the most lavish of embellishments.

“What I like about angels is that they don’t have gender but are still very sensual,” Christian Louboutin says of his inspiration for the collection. ​“It relates to so many people I like and admire. Human, yet celestial [beings] who make me dream.”

Those heavenly beings include glam-rock icons like Marc Bolan and David Bowie. Inspired by their timeless appeal and boundary-pushing creativity, the eye-catching silhouettes will make you feel like you’re strutting your stuff on a stage in front of thousands of adoring fans. To top things off, all styles come in Louboutin’s broadest range of sizes yet (European 36 to 46) so that everyone can get involved.
