Artist to Watch is a weekly digital promotion series that seeks to highlight artists on the rise, reflecting SoundCloud’s mission to provide opportunities and empower artists. Come check out performances from SoundCloud up-and-comers, including heatseeking Brooklyn rapper-producer Jay Gwuapo, L.A. spitter Jallal, Fools Gold’s own Tabby Wakes, Chicago emo-trap phenom Ness Heads, and Niara Sterling, resident DJ at the Brooklyn club night PERK and on Balamii Radio.
7TH SEPTEMBER: PARK HYUN GI – ARTIST STUDIO RESIDENCY 12 – 9PM
PARK HYUN GI is a Korean-American artist based in Los Angeles. Her work is strongly influenced by her bicultural identity, drawing on differences between ritual and routine, in the form of fictionalised ritual performances.

Hillary Taymour, founder of cult New York label Collina Strada hosts a signature tie-dye workshop. Roll up your sleeves and get involved.
9TH SEPTEMBER: LOOK AT THE FRONT DOOR: IN CONVERSATION WITH CLAYTON PATTERSON 11AM – 2PM
Clayton Patterson is a Canadian-born artist who has been based in NYC since 1979. His work almost exclusively documents the art, life and times of the Lower East Side in Manhattan. Come listen to him talk about the wild history of the Lower East Side.
