Tems – Damages
Tems packed in her job as a digital marketer two years ago, and with a string of four singles, the Nigerian singer and producer have been building a fanbase who proudly call themselves Rebel Gang. Damages, the heart-on-sleeve single from Tems’ forthcoming EP For Broken Ears – should earn the gang some new recruits.
Faye Webster – Better Distractions
Atlanta indie-country artist Faye Webster’s got one for the lovestruck millennials out there: “Got two friends that I could see, but they got two jobs and a baby /I just wanna see you.”
M Huncho & Nafe Smallz – 5AM
Two titans of UK rap hooks have teamed up for a blockbuster album called DNA, and this is the first taste.
Flohio – Unveiled
The title track from Flohio’s forthcoming mixtape, featuring a purring beat by Take a Day Trip – the US duo you’ll know by their hits with Sheck Wes, Travis Scott and Lil Nas X.
Chucky73 & Ñengo Flow – Palos
Next month Chucky73 – co-frontman of the Domincan-Bronx based rap crew Sie7etr3 – drops his debut album De Chiquito Siempre Cabezu. Testament to their rise in 2020, Palos recruits Puerto Rican reggaeton star Ñengo Flow.
