Monochrome, do one! This summer, we’re all about mood-boosting, poppy colour, and it seems like Ray-Ban is on a similar tip. The sunglasses giant has just launched the ColorBlock Collection, reimagining the classic Wayfarer style in a cocktail of premixed can tones. The shades feature a selection of transparent frames to switch around and the iconic insignia on the arms, ready to be taken for a spin during the brand’s series of Summer Sessions featuring Self Esteem, Nia Archives and more. The ColorBlock Collection: all it’s missing is “u”. Or something like that – anyway, shop the full capsule on Ray-Ban.com.

For their latest in a special line of sustainable collections, Acne Studios has just released Repurposed Season 7 & 8. Here, nothing goes to waste, with a full collection making the most of excess materials from previous seasons and culminating in wickedly cool jeans with pro-planet Earth scribbles eco-printed across them (“don’t fxxx with my world”), oversized hoodies and t-shirts coming in an oh-so earthy palette. Go on, do your bit – and look good while doing it.

With the sun (just about) poking out, it’s time to bag yourself a decent pair of sunnies, you specksy lot. Luckily, NYC brand Hood by Air has joined arms with sunglass supremos, Gentle Monster, on a stellar new collection taking influence from the darkened corners of the city’s greatest and most subversive raves. They’ll shield you from the UVs, hide any summertime sins the morning after, and leave you with plenty of specs appeal. (Alright, alright, we’ll stop the terrible puns).

This week, 3am Eternal has launched a brand-new collaboration with Soki Mak, using the super stylist’s personal archive and taking it on a spin – in typical Eternal style. Featuring head-spinning vintage pieces like a Fendi Baguette, Christian Lacroix jacket and Vivienne Westwood shirt, each piece has been customised by Caitlin and Emily Price, who set up the luxury sustainable shop in 2019. As well, 60% of all proceeds will go to Refuge – an organisation supporting women experiencing domestic violence in the UK. “Every woman who has collaborated on this project has a close connection to our chosen charity,” 3am Eternal says. “We wanted the world to see the weird, wonderful and sometimes whimsical real lives of the women who inspire us.”

Is the weather making you feel a little grim? Yeah, us too. Fear not, though – Kenzo’s art director Nigo’s latest capsule collection for the house should brighten things up a notch. In this limited edition SS22 drop, he captures the not-so-smooth transition from winter into spring, with plenty of ultra-smooth pieces to make up for it. As playful tiger tails weave their way up and down T-shirts, Kenzo’s logo looks positively cartoonish, and relaxed silhouettes strike a clean, feel-good chord, whether you’re into classic cargos or lightweight sweats – or both. Get your mitts on the full collection from 5th March via kenzo.com and at selected stores.
